So what kinda workouts you all do to keep in shape for fighting? New to this fighting thing. Not new to working out and lifting....
Looking for wrestling matches with safe sane rules. Would like inshape women. 30-45 please. Not into boxing or catfight please dont steal pics.

You say you are not new to working out; so what do you do?  Cardio would be a big help, learning some offensive & defensive moves would be good, figuring out your pain threshold might be helpful.  Lots to learn!
