The smaller girl definitely didn't wrap her legs around her opponent by accident. There's no way that move happened by chance. It looks a lot like a triangle choke, which makes me think the little girl has some fighting skills and has probably trained in some form of martial arts.
Also, it's really cool to see that they shake hands after the fight
