Need help finding an old catfight story

So from what I remember about this one, I think it was one of the girl's brother who witnessed the fight from afar. I think he was on a balcony "looking through the crack" to see his sister fighting her friend(?) below. He didn't want them to know he was there I think. One of the girls was wearing just a robe which fell away pretty early. I think they were fighting in the backyard after initially yelling at each other in the house(?). It was a fairly even fight but one was a clear winner. I do think the fight was over a boy and there was some trash talk about that if I recall correctly. Breast and pussy attacks, although I'm not 100% sure how much.
It may have turned somewhat sexual at the end but I don't usually care about that so I may not be remembering it properly.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'm not sure if i read it here or on some other site... but I do know I've come across it multiple times over the years so it's probably available by a google search - but my google-fu has failed me.
