Why wasn't there a rematch and did either ever fight again

No, there was no rematch.  Nobody knows why.   All of us were disappointed and remain so.  Both girls appeared in subsequent Vid mags, but stopped shortly thereafter.

This likely has been answered before; were Andi and Michelle contemporaries of Dangerous Deb?

They were all appearing in Crystal Vid Mags at the same time, but their paths never crossed.  Deb produced her own "Deb's Corner" fights, which were a part of many of the Vid Mags.  She had her own stable of fighters.  I assume that Crystal produced the majority of the fights that were in their Mags, which would have included Andi, Michelle, Taylor, Mary, etc, etc.  Of course I can't omit the Queen of Scenario Catfights -- the one and only Maylay.

Well the one fight they had wasn't a fight.  It was a work.  Not a bad job of faking, but fake nonetheless.  Nobody was hurt in that one.  Since all most all of the Crystal real fights were real, my guess is that these 2 gals were good friends and did the fake for the $$$$.  I'm sure the producer was in on it too.

I also agree. Two hot girls on sexy lingerie but the fight was Fake.

There were a few of those scenario "fights." One that comes to mind is Taylor and Amber. Bad dialogue but good rough rascling.
