Logging into the chatroom

I'm trying to log in to the chatroom and I keep getting an error message that says erroneous nickname, what does that mean and how can I fix it, thank you for any help you can give me in this matter

The reason your getting the error is because you're username can only be one word.
Only administrators can change user names. If you would like me to change it for you
let me know what name you would want to you.

I see, thank you for your quick response, if you could just change it to desidarling as all one word I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter
