Searching for a roleplaying partner involving NHB, gangs and family

Unsure where to put it. I would like to develope a roleplaying/writing scenario with someone which should include fighting and violence with no inhibitions, kind of a gang war maybe and (female) members of the same family being bitter rivals.  I am open for ideas, just drop me a pm. I can do this in German and in English, you might need some patience with my English grammar though. 

If you have experiences with the described topics I also would love just to hear about it. Now I am just curious if this will lead to anything.
