Tickling fair??

Does anyone think tickling is fair to use in a serious fight?? Either to get out of a hold or to make someone submit

In a serious fight? If it works, fill your boots wish I'd thought of on a few occasions (mind you, none of my catfights have been real or "serious". Only playful RP)

As far as I'm concerned tickling is fair.  I use it often and I've had it used against me plenty of times. I don't hesitate to tickle to escape a hold or to weaken or distract my opponent to gain an advantage.  I also have several holds I like to use that allow me to tickle a helpless opponent into submission or to simply torment and humiliate them.
