Is Sybil Star a good cat fighter?  Any good recommendations?

I was never a huge fan of Sybil mainly due to some of the companies she has wrestled for in my opinion are not the best catfighting companies for the types of matches I prefer but she can wrestle (she has a 1-1 MMA record).

I used to go to this place in Detroit called Callahans and one of the girls was Veronika Valentine who used to wrestle with Starr in the area.
