killer tube

i have gone to the killertube site and tried to login ,but i forgot my password
so i tried to reset  my password by providing killertube with my e-mail address and password, i get a message that a new password has been sent to my e-mail,but when i check there is no e-mails from killertube, not in mail folder or  spam folder
does anyone know   what could be up with that
