Office Conflicts

How many of us have ever thought about seeing 2 women that we work with get into a fight? When working with people 40 hours a week, not everyone is going to get along. There could be confrontations and yelling to the point where someone steps in the middle to keep the women from slapping each other. Even though there wouldn't be a hair pulling, but both women would be upset.

Has anyone ever encounter a situation like this? How close did they come to pushing or slapping the other. And what were they wearing?

Or has anyone heard of them meeting one night after work to settle things? Or how about one of them quitting the next day.

There's a Youtube video that appears to be a security camera capture of two office workers who bump into each other in a stairwell, one puts down her coffee cup, and they have a pretty good hair pulling fight.  It certainly looks genuine.  Do you know what I'm referring too?  I'll try to find the vid and post it here.

Here's the youtube vid I mentioned above.  I wish the security cam had captured the women's voices.  I'd love to know what this was all about.  Also, the smaller girl seemed to take a swipe at the larger girl when they passed each other.  Very interesting!

yeah, this vid captures it properly. already knew. there must have been a heated feud prior to that catfight. speaking for me i havent experienced a catfight in the office yet. though there is potential. woeuld love to set it. since in my company most of the folks are casually dressed, there is a pretty good chance to watch two women/girls fighting in jeans...my fav one

My wife works at the head quaters of a major insurance co. Even though there are several 1000 working there and mostly women. She has never seen a catfight at work. We have seen a few at parties, but only one of those was two women from work fighting each other. I don't think their fight had anything to do with work. They were from difference departments and didn't even work in the same building. Alll the other catfights it was women from her work fighting other party guest. But there are dozens I would love to watch catfight each other. So many women the possibilities are endless.

The probability of two girls fighting in any workplace would be very low, due to the potential for one or both losing their jobs, and for other reasons as well,  but any of you who have ever worked around a group of women know that there is always lots of verbal cattiness, dislike and distrust between us. Sometimes it's between two women, sometimes between cliques, but tensions tend to run high in  any situation where a group of women spend extended amounts of time in close proximity to one  another, especially if the kind of work they're doing allows them to carry on conversations while they work.

I used to work in an office with one really stunning blonde. Her name was Jacci and she was stacked! All the other girls there hated her because she was such a big flirt with the men and always wore sexy outfits. I used to tease some of the other women about fighting her. Never happened for real but it happened 10,000 times in my imagination.

i used to work in some govremental organization.and people who worked there talked about the fight between two girls in fornt of the elevator.the reason was the man of course.i even havent seen these girls but i would like to.it is rare thing but it can happen suddenly

I have seen one fight between two women who worked in an office. It was several years ago, very one sided, and therefore very brief. In my opinion  it wasn't actually a fight because the loser was so overwhelmed she was almost totally unable to fight back. It only lasted for maybe 15 seconds.  Those type fights do not excite me.
