Have someone coming to get me, drive me to the hospital.. Having problems all day.

I did post last 2 chapters to Pirates story... So if anything is major, that is done for you to enjoy...

Back home... recovering ...

Still a ways to go ... totaly unexpected ilnesss as well as being kept in hospital for days...

Yeahhhh finding out ... hard part to this.. taking the time to let things fully heal... Had a few times last week .. trying to push it like usual at work.. Then close to end of the night.. few twinges.. to remind me. Back off. slow it down for now ...

Also hoping change of seasons.. working in the humidity will stop. Think keeping hydrated part of it as well right now.
