With a friend f mine who is irl a boxer I once discussed the type of bra to wear in boxing. She really hates those protective cups that she must wear in te ring. She feared however that a sportsbra alone would hurt even more as her breasts would have nowhere to go when hit and would have to absorb the full energy of the jabs. What are experiences?
