Abs destruction

How many have had their abs destroyed in a fight by punches, scissors, knees, etc.? What took you to your knees? How long did the fight last? Or were you the one inflicting the abuse?

When I did prostyle, most of the ab destruction stuff i took was more simulated, not really hard hits with just me selling to make it look like it hurt.  The in ring biker event matches though were different.  I took some knees, punches, claws to the abs legit in those.  Nothing that injured me, but had me in pain.  Took some abs punches, knees, claws while upside down in the ropes during a biker event.
