Submitting a story

I've been reading and enjoying stories on this site for quite a while.  I finally worked up the nerve to write my a story, and didn't see a way to submit it.  So I guess I need some help getting it done. Thanks

I use copy and paste myself.

Okay, I read the submission options a bit more carefully and  red-faced now want to delete my post and re submit.  Before I screw it up, what is the best way?

The way the vast majority do it is by copy and pasting their story out of Word or whatever word processing software you use and post it like any other post.

I suggest you look over your post in preview first since copy and paste can cause formatting errors. You will see the preview ABOVE the area where you are typing so you can see if your spacing goes to hell.

And if you do want me to delete your original story effort let me know. We limit modification after a few hours or so outside of admins and mods. But we are happy help people modify things (within reason)
