260kb limit on members poll fights

I was trying to start a members poll and without adding any photos at all the system  tells me I went over the 260kb limit. How may I overcome this? Thanks.
I have been an avid catfight fan for a long time. There is something about two women tearing into each other which is very hot and sexy. This is very erotic.
