Way i see it:

Courteney Cox destroys Eva Longoria in a short fight. Courteney might be few years older but that won't cover her aggressive attitude and she'd have thrown Eva all over the place.

Lisa Kudrow sends Marcia Cross out with a crushing hook to the face which leaves the redhead looking for cover. Sure enough, Marcia isn't a pushover by any means but the unharmful image that Lisa gives on Friends would catch her out by surprise.

Teri Hatcher salvages some honour for the DH team as she knocks out Jennifer Aniston without much trouble. Aniston is probably too soft to have a realistic chance of winning in most of her fights and Teri would promptly demolish her.

So, the score is 2:1 for Friends 

In the battle of supreme fighters from both squads, I believe Courteney would beat Teri in a close contest.

Courtney just plain beats the hell out of Eva, Jennifer takes great delight in kicking someone there down especially Teri, very tough to call Marcia or Lisa, my thought is that Marcia should win but Lisa may just be able to win this in the end.
