As far as I understood I have to upload an image before I can use it in posts, which website/app/program is good for doing this? May anyone can give me a link?

I just upload from my computer under "attachments and other options."  "llowed file types: gif, jpg, mpg, pdf, png
Restrictions: 4 per post, maximum total size 1024KB, maximum individual size 260KB
shortcuts: hit alt+s to submit/post or alt+p to preview"
