Women one on one rule

I want to discuss this topic with women
As you know in the men world to fight one on one is considered that you are brave enough to come face to face with your rival.But i also mentioned how some men attack one.
It is cowardliness .
But i often see women fight when some other girl try to jump in in order to help to her friend.How it is considered in women world?
