No.it is closed group.No.one will see what you do inside.

But they can see that you are a group member...and if they want to see what you are up to they can join the group themselves. Anyway for a person to create a separate Facebook identity to join groups like this?

but you can ban folks from seeing if you are in any group by editing your private settings as far as I know. Though the steps to be taken are quite elaborate..at least I was told so

you can create separate identity
you can also join from main account just in privacy settings remove groups.So nobody will see which groups you are member of
