This was a German company called Petra Sales.  It's a free preview clip they had on their site.  There were about a half dozen of these 'slapfight' previews with this being the best one.  It looks like they shutdown a few years ago.  I don't know if anyone distributes those videos anymore.  There are a couple other German companies (Kontex, Festelle) so maybe one of them bought the rights.
