Last Question: Fair Use

I have a friend who Youtube account is dedicated to native Thai women in kickboxing http://www.youtube.com/user/thongchaisong. We want to 25 images from the Thai boxing videos FV111, FV 95, 107, 133, and 152 . They are 2-3 minutes of each selected fight contained in them and contain the fighters kneeing and grappling.

Would this be considered fair use?
