I don't like signing up for the services.  Deviant Art has a pretty good one called "Dreamup".  The other one I like is https://diffusionart.co/ as they have a ton of different versions to play with and try out.  What is interesting with a lot of them if you tell it something like "Naked" or "Topless" it will refuse, but sometimes they will all just do it without asking.
