Jane Fonda beats Diana Rigg 38:32. Jane showed Diana that aerobics training gives more stamina than martial arts training. Jane was able to use her flexible body to advantage against Diana. Jane was never seriously threatened by Diana although Diana did some damage near the end making the fight final score closer than the fight.
