Good instruction videos?

So my wife and I like to wrestle each other, but she's very much inexperienced and it's mostly sex fighting and I let her pin me down at times. However, I want her to learn some moves to be able to fight back better. I was wondering if anyone had or knew of good videos to teach girls how to wrestle their men or showing holds? Thanks!
