Eine kurze Frage an diejenigen, die vielleicht schon etwas länger dieser Szene angehören: Ich bekam vor einigen Jahren mal einen Ausschnitt einer deutschen Fernsehreportage, vermutlich aus den 90ern, zu sehen. Ich glaube es war SpiegelTV, bin mir allerdings nicht hundertprozentig sicher. Darin ging es wohl um die Catfight-Szene und speziell wurde dort auch über California Wildcats berichtet. Es war wohl eines der wenigen Male in der deutschen Fernsehgeschichte, dass diese Thematik überhaupt behandelt wurde. Vielleicht weiß ja jemand unter euch, um was für eine Folge es sich dabei handelt und ob diese noch existiert. Falls ja, wäre es sehr nett, wenn man mir es mitteilen könnte ;)
I think it was rather Brisant on RTL II at least I recall their reporting of an oil wrestling match. Such shows after 10 PM were the last push pre-internet by adult oriented companies to lobby for such content. For them existing is another good question. To my knowledge a lot of German content is yet to be digitized.

I don't think there was any oil wrestling ??? But to be fair, I only saw a short cut of the report. What I remember is a catfight in the garden and the narrator was talking about California Wildcats and what the difference between a catfight and a sexfight is. But you may be right that it was RTL II or some other trash :D
Both of you are right. Indeed there was a feature on German TV way back in the 90ties dealing specifically with the catfight festish. I used to have it on VHS. Though i don t recall if CW was mentioned in that report. Surely there was a company named and women were interviewed. Since no German company catered for that market in those days it might have been CW. And yes Brisant on RTL had reports of oil wrestling in clubs. Had this on tape too. Good old times

That is very cool, just a small issue of Afrikaans having been evolved from the South Zeelander Flemish dialect (adjacent to Dutch, but evolved independently), and the original text being in German.
