The rules are as follows:
The first 2 rounds would be 2 minutes rounds with the 3rd being no time limit. No removing the gloves for scratching is allowed. Breasts can be pulled pushed, twisted, slammed together or crushed, but no slapping or punching. Nipples can be crushed but not attacked directly, until the 3rd round.
Anyone who breaks the rules is fined $2000 dollars.
Polls would be open for 3 days, unless otherwise requested.
Each lady wears a pair of opera gloves.

Heatherfights is one hot lady but I'm afraid that AnitaCat will tear her apart and have her begging for mercy.
I think this will be a VERY hard fought battle between them both.
I can't see either lady taking an early victory.
I have to go with Heather finding the extra reserve to win it in the third. While Anita frustrated breaks the rules for a fine, before being beaten.
Storm
Anita wins hands down. She has Heather crying and sobbing her surrender. Heatherfights is Heatherwussy, as AnitaCat claws her into submission. That's when Heather will sob her surrender and do anything Anita wants!!
I voted for Anita because I don't think Heather has what it takes to defeat her opponent. I think Anita wins
