Erin and I stand in the apartment facing one another separated by only a few feet of berber carpet. She has challenged me for my WWL U.S. Championship and this is a title that I intend to retain. I have witnessed many of Erin's previous contests and I know her capabilities. I have studied this opponent very well. I also believe that I am the more fit and the stronger of us two. I also have a 20 lb. weight advantage. I am in my black shorts and electric blue top. This encounter, although a long time in the making, is finally here. I believe it is time that I put this little brat in her place once and for all. I call across the carpet to Erin, "You asked for this match, Erin. Now come over here and get your beating." With that, we move toward the center of the carpet toward each other, each of us anxiously awaiting for the first contact of our match.

Lynn will of course win and retain the title.  She is a far better and more skilled wrestler and also has a size and strength advantage.  Erin sadly will learn soon about biting off more than you can chew.

As we approach each other, I place my right hand behind Erin's neck and pull her in towards me locking up. My left hand is on her shoulder at the ready. I pull Erin's head in by my right hand on the back of her head, so that we are in close with my face on the left side of hers, and my mouth next to her left ear. As I hold her in place firmly with my right hand on the back of her neck, I begin speaking, no... I begin apologizing to Erin directly into her left ear. "I am sorry, Erin, that I agreed to let you take this match. We both know that you are not in my league or class. I'm sorry for all of the pain, discomfort, and public humiliation that you are about to suffer. I'm so sorry that you are about to be soundly defeated and embarrassed by a superior athlete and a more skilled fighter than you have ever faced before. I'm so sorry to have to put you through all of this. You seem like a nice girl, but clearly need a lesson in moving up in class before you are ready. Please accept my apology in advance." With that, I slip my arm the rest of the way around Erin's neck and lock my hands together, I turn and try and bring her head down to my side and hold her in a tight side headlock, as I begin to put on the pressure and wrench her neck. "Oh you poor little Scouse sycophant pratt!! Why don't you go home to your bangers and mash, and your bubble and squeak, and leave the fighting to the real women.

So you are no scouser but a Manc? That's even worse! Better a Geordie or a Brummie than a Manc. Now I really want to kick your ass. As I apply a side headlock, I feel your hands grab my shorts, one in front and one in back and start a sawing motion. Do you think that this is one of your silly little sex fights, Erin? I have a belt to defend. Although I am uncomfortable with your grip on my shorts and your movement of them, I try and squeeze my headlock on you even harder, but then I feel you stomp into my right inseam. I yelp out in pain as I let go of the headlock, but I keep you bent over in front of me by holding your head down with my left hand by your hair. With your head being held immobile in that position, I raise up my right arm and send my elbow crashing down with velocity and power onto the back of your neck. "Take that, bitch!"

Lynn's been on a roll for a while. I just don't see Erin having enough to stop the Lynn Express. It will be a good fight for a while until Lynn takes over with her intelligence and skill and then, poor Erin!

My ankle is on fire after being stomped on by Erin as hard as she did. Hitting Erin with the "Lightning Strike" buys me a little time. With her on the floor, I am able to step away and try to walk and put a bit of weight on the ankle. I look down and see that it is already beginning to swell. I am able to put some weight on it signifying a deep bruise or perhaps even a mild sprain. Erin, being a medical professional, knew exactly what she was doing when she stomped my inseam and just where to stomp. As I back away, I realize that for the duration of this match, I will be hobbled as I only have one good and uninjured foot to stand on. I look over at Erin as she is getting up off of the floor. I try to give her the appearance of standing on both ankles, although I truly am putting all my weight just on the one. As Erin stands, I am not going to give away that my ankle is hurting by moving towards her. I am going to let her attack come to me. I even try and provoke it by extending my right arm out towards her, palm up, and making a "come on" gesture to her with a crooked index finger.

Erin is slow to get up and seems to have cleared her head from the "Lightning Strike." She seems a bit confused as to why I did not pursue my advantage, but I needed a bit of time to let the throbbing in my ankle subside which it mostly has. I believe that I have done a good job concealing from her that my ankle is a bit tender. She moves in slowly and then changes pace and quickly grabs my right wrist and gets behind me putting me in a painful hammer lock. She begins taunting me telling me something about it taking two to tango. "I don't recall inviting you to dance." I say to Erin. As she holds me in the hammer lock, I say to her, "Erin, do you believe that lightning can strike twice?" With that I thrust my left elbow sharply behind me aimed directly at her temple."

Relieved that the throbbing in my ankle has subsided enough where I will be able to at least get some use of it in this match. I can always ice it afterwards. Erin seems to have recovered from the "Lightning Strike" as she is moving toward me. She grabs my extended right hand and brings it behind me in a hammer lock. She dodges the elbow strike and ducks under my left as I throw it behind me at her head and catches it with her left hand. I find myself being quite impressed with her quickness. (Did I say that? Because it is the first time she has ever impressed me with anything.) But as she grabs and holds my left elbow, I know that I need to be quick too, before she can solidify her grip on both of my arms and execute what I believe is coming. I lean forward, thwarting any backward momentum and quickly lift both ankles off the carpet and try and drop to my knees. If she is going to fall backwards and put her knees in my back, she will have to roll me into that position, if she can, rather than strike a potentially match ending blow. I realize that Erin is here to fight, and if it a fight she wants, then it is a fight she shall have. I am Champion for a reason and intend to remain so!

Feeling your heel in my back as you hold my arms behind me in a surfboard hold. The hold is an uncomfortable "wear down" type of a hold, however not a hold that will render a submission from me. If you want to be the Champ...you have to BEAT the Champ. You'll certainly not do it this way. I can hold out in this as long as I need to as I formulate my strategy based on which way you move next. Right now you are content to hold me in this surfboard, and that suits me fine. Although you cant see it, a little wry smile comes across my face as I feel your little 110 lb. frame holding me in place. "I thought you might be a little stronger, Erin. What hold do you intend to put me in with your anemic little body next?"

Erin finally realizes that she cannot gain a submission with her surfboard hold and moves to something more effective. She releases my arms and pulls my head down backwards by the hair into a hair held head scissors. The hair pull is a nuisance, and her legs are squeezing the scissors firmly. I am hoping that this squeeze is the best she's got, because it is not enough to get me to take a nap. She is a much smaller and lighter than I am, and her leg scissors might wear down a similar sized opponent, but I have been in with far better and far stronger than Erin and have prevailed. This time will be no different. Putting each hand underneath Erin's bum cheeks, palm up, arching my back slightly and twisting and lurching my body hard to the right, pushing up with my left hand on Erin's bottom as I do. As my body turns to the right, I hope to get Erin to turn with me as l roll so that although she maintains the scissors, she is face down as I now am. If successful, she would have lost her grip on my hair in the turn. I put both palms on the back of Erin's thighs and push down on them as I try and pull my head up free.

Finally getting Erin turned over and pushing off on her ass cheeks and upper thighs to try and pry my head out from her scissors. To my relief, my head pops free and I can go on the attack. This bitch is now going to pay. While holding her legs down so that she cannot roll over, I lunge forward and leap onto her back with my full weight. Slipping my hands under her armpits and behind her neck going for a full nelson. If successful, I want to sit on the small of her back and pull up on the nelson, raising her head up off of the floor and bowing her back. That has to be excruciating on her lower back being stretched like that and with 130 lbs. all pressing down on that one spot as she is being pulled up. "Don't give up just yet, baby. You are surely tougher than that. I have something special for you!"

"Red Haired Tramp is it, Erin?" I'll have you know that I am not a Tramp, Silk, or a member of any clique. Or were you calling me a tramp in a generic sense? In any case, I once respected you as an opponent and admired your abilities, but name calling? You'll pay for that with some pain. As I feel you try and pull your arms down, I remove my hands from the full nelson and place them in the center of your back. I push down hard, slamming those little fried eggs you call breasts hard into the floor. I continue to press down on your upper back as I pivot my body around so that I am sitting on your lower back facing your feet. I grab your left ankle and pull your leg up toward me, securing your calf underneath my right arm, supported my left hand at your knee, pulling your leg further up. I lean back and put you in a one legged Boston Crab. I lean back and stretch your left leg, pulling it up hard towards me. Your lower back must be on fire. My right leg is on the outside of yours, while my left one is stepping on your groin as I lean back and apply pressure. I just don't want a submission, I want to hear you scream it. Do it now, Erin. I can make this stop. You just let me know.

"I don't know if you are just this tough, are enjoying the punishment, or just don't know any better, but you WILL submit to me, Erin, or you will soon be on your way to Crumpsall." Hearing Erin tell me to GFY, I ramp up the pressure, her pain, and my cruelty. While holding her leg in place in the one legged Boston Crab, and my left foot pressing down on her groin, I reach behind me and grab her by the hair and pull up towards me, bowing her back painfully, almost grotesquely. :Give it up, Erin. Don't make me hurt you any more. Let's hear that submission:"

As soon as I hear Erin's submission, I let go immediately. I move off of her, kneel next to her and begin rubbing and massaging her lower back. "You are a great fighter, Erin, one who gave me all I could handle. I am very impressed and would be happy to give you another chance when you are ready."  I am thinking to myself (After this loss, I feel sorry for the next one that Erin fights. She's going to have a lot of frustration to take out on the next one.)  I offer to help her to her feet, give her a light embrace and a kiss on the cheek. "Well done, Erin. But just so you know...the belt is staying with me."

Note: I can give Erin my highest recommendation. She is a skilled fighter and a creative and descriptive writer. Anyone would enjoy an encounter with her in any type of match.
