If they had to be a classic mermaid, I'd go with Madam Shyarly the white-tipped Mako from One Piece.
If we're open to accept any more along the lines of Monster Girl's I'd vouch for Octo the Scylla from y Life with Monster Girl.

Going with Sara Paxton from Aquamarine. Ariel can beat her then destroy Sara?s friends in the movie Emma Roberts and Jojo.

I don't think her age was ever actually given in the movie. Given that she gets married at the end, she's probably at least 18.

She's 16. She says it in the movie.

Well in the sequel she's got a daughter of her own, who's maybe around 10 or so, yet Ariel looks no older than before.
