More categories will also be a good idea.

I think you are doing a great job in a genre where many do not speak freely.

This is certainly the type of thing where there are much more "lurkers" than talkers.

New site is interesting... Can't read my messages though!

I want to advice you to make a new section for all those polls.
I mean none of those poll-catfights turned into a real catfight, for me personally it's a waste of time (sorry :( )
So I advice you to make a section for such "wish-catfight" polls.

I too love this site, and give it four stars, people by and large are great as are admin who do an excellent job.

Only thing that lets it down is the lagging in my eyes, its a shame more dont use the arena, especially if the main board banter is annoying them.  There they would have peace and quiet to continue in their private fights which in turn would ease the pressure on the main room.  Not suggesting anyone is banished off to the arena but those who want tranquility and are in a private fight.

Concerning private messages, I don't know if this is something the others are mentioning but I can't access them, even though it reads that I have some waiting for me.

The personal messaging system seems to be rather dysfunctional...kinda like my family...but, no matter.....Hope you're trying to get it to work as well as the other features.........

having problems getting my messages can't get them at all   HELP PLEASE????????

I also am having difficulty sending and receiving private messages.  My outbox will not retain any of the message I sent.  I have not received any messages at all when I know others are sending some.  Also, I keep receiving, in my outbox, notices that members have left comments in my profile.  When I check my profile, nothing is there.

I have tried to send through a picture, but a message appears to say that the file is too big, even though it is only 34kb. How do I post a picture.

Gotta agree with Cassie...if you got the messages thing fixed you'd be 5 across the board.

Is there any way to add a legit spam filter to keep the idiotic "topics" from being posted?  It's not even worth fighting through the crap on the stories board to see if there's anything legit to read.

Edit:  How about someone waking up and actually deleting the threads that are clearly spam?  It can't be that difficult or even take that much time.

Edit 2:  Nope.  Apparently paying attention and cleaning up the spam is below the admins/moderators.  Pitiful what's being done to these boards without any attempt to stop it.

Edit 3:  Does the forum admin even know the site is still here?  This is pathetic.  Do your freaking easy job and get rid of the spammers.

overall, very good I would say. the easiest to reach chat like this in cyberspace! BUT: ideas for improvement: get the room user list to arrange in Alphabetical order according to chat name, find a way to not have new log-in users have to wait 4 minutes until their names appear (maybe a second user room for generla chat/fight as opposed to "Arena" room. Those would be my main suggestions, an I think are shared by others.

Every SMF forum is currently having this problem, as it is being targeted by a robot spam attack. We have tried adding more human checks on account creation, but it isn't working very well.

Also, let me clarify that this isn't anybody's "job" as this is a site that is provided free of charge, even though it costs several hundred dollars a month to run (chat bandwidth is high). We are doing the best we can with volunteers who are all doing a good job.

Once SMF 2.0 gets out of beta, we will upgrade and this will stop the robot spam. We will also continue to look at ways to filter traffic better.

Hi Debbie. I'm curious about the reason why my previous account with the same name got deleted...
I've been a member for more than a year, I didn't post spam, didn't annoy people. So why my acc got deleted without any notice?

The new profiles are horrible.  I don't know why you'd change something that was actually good.

We've fixed the profiles. They went away when we upgraded the forums and you reminded me we had to go back and put them back in. Thanks!

I think you're doing wonderfully. It is great to have all the stories (there is a writer from the UK who does amazing catfight stories here!), as well as a place for artists to show their work. You've done a great job. I don't know of any place on the web that includes nearly as much as you do.
I often go to the chat room. As I'm sure others have informed you, it's a bit unstable when things get crowded. Please don't take that as a criticism! I'm sure that "fixing" that problem would mean greater costs, and I'm not about to urge you to drain your coffers on my behalf. I'm just glad to have such a multi-featured place where I can indulge my little catfight urges. Thanks again.

Messages still don't work.  Is it really that difficult?  I've literally never seen this kind of ineptness at running a forum.

They're messages.  Every free forum I've ever used, except this one, can make fucking messages work.  It's just ridiculous for these guys to be so inept on an incredibly simple concept.  If they can't get the working, then take the stupid option off the list so the slower members don't try using it.

Thanks for looking after us slower members, DT.  I hate it when I hurt myself using stuff I shouldn't use or gear that doesn't work. With you around, the world is a whole lot safer. Thanks again, man.

Switch forum hosts if you're really that inept.  Either that or remove the option for messages so certain morons here don't try sending them despite the common knowledge that they don't work.

DT ,   I have the same problem as you do.  Check your profile you may have commets there.  Go to your main e-mail account their you can read e-mail messages that some members may sent you.  I hope this info helps you.

If your messages on a fetish forum are that important to you, if you really need to communicate 1 on 1 with your fellow enthusiasts, might I suggest you post your home phone number, and maybe your work number as well. That should solve your problem handsomely, albeit while creating some really interesting new ones.

I don't think getting the messages working will make hooters any happier. It will be just one less thing he will have to whine about. As a matter of fact, if it pleases hooter, I hope the messages never get fixed. It would only give him another venue to transmit his vulgarity and profanity anyway. I have got comments from  both kitty and hooters. Both have the same flavour and substance. Interesting, don't you think? 

Well, Hooters has a point, even if he can't express himself in a productive manner. Just for the record, it hasn't been years, as the new forums have not been up that long. We will try upgrading to SMF 2.0 this weekend.

I think you are doing a great job. Keep the good work up.  Also I am glad that you have a section for pictures of members. And I think it is a good idea that they have a card showing freecatfights.com it will get rid of some of the posers.  I just up dated mine with one.

Doing great!  It's nice to talk about how much I enjoy catfighting and find it fascinating that there are some out there who love watching girls fight as much as I do.  Keep up the good work on this site.

While I generally prefer grappling/wrestling fights more than the claw/slap/hissftft variety, you've got a pretty good setup here Debbie. Sure there's things like the messages bug, but who cares? I would like to echo the suggestion above in adding a photo and/or link dump forum if at all possible. Keep it up!

I just joined again, are the messages working yet? I tried to send one to someone, but she hasn't got back to me, want to be sure it really went through.

You need to refresh your cache.

IE: Hold down SHIFT while clicking the reload icon (two little blue arrows)

Firefox: Hold down CTRL while clicking the reload icon or pressing F5

I posted a new thread on the SMF forums to try and have people help me fix the problem. We'll see what happens!

please get more female members cause alot guys are listed as females and away for  guys to meet with females that will do catfights/sexfights

A truly great site, i like the changes that have happened since i joined, thanks and keep developing the site as it adds interest to keep and bring in new members.

I like our bill oreilly better than the real one.  Dumb, slow, old Pete, stop ruining what was once pretty damn good by being a complete tool.  Go stand in line and wait for your turn in the Special Olympics Spelling Bee.

Is Pete the only Mod?  It seems unfair that someone so slow, stupid, old, ignorant, and generally worthless would be the sole determining force in who gets banned, what posts remain, etc.  Debbi, get rid of this worthless piece of garbage and get multiple mods who actually help make this place better.

how about a catfight picture gallery?

I am new to this chat site and need help to overcome my ignorance. Is the site for chat only, or mainly, or can it be used to see real fights? I am having trouble sorting fact from fiction while enjoying the fiction in the stories - a male fantasy land?? - but wonder how many of the good looking ladies who state that "I am looking for a fight" (nhb variety perhaps) actually find one. If so are they all private or are there exceptions so that catfight enthusiasts like me, can actually see the results? I have been collecting catfight videos for 20 years (plus boxing and wrestling videos, mainly from DWW) but have not seen any as agressive as some of the stories suggest. Do any such nhb videos exist either on your site, or commercially? I tell myself that an enthusiastic amateur fight will have more going for it than a choreographed pro fight. My biggest hope is to find a mature ladies, real life (i.e. inbuilt anger) nhb fight that originates over  a confrontation (MumvMum for example) and is resolved with an agreement to an organised fight "tomorrow" and which would have a witness to report, and if agreed by the participants, to photograph.  What is a cyber fight, by the way? HELP!

I saw there was an issue awhile back with PM's.  Does that feature work currently?
