Title: Can anyone tell us the text of this interesting chinese catfight

I have recently found this clip, which appears to be about a man taking his girl friend to fight her rival in a sort of establishment charging the participants a fee to fight.

Can anyone who understands the dialog to advise the scenario and translation of the conversations to English:
