1) It's a cosplay match and this scene takes place after Tara's trademark intimidating pose where she just stands in front of her opponent, hands on hips, chest proudly sticking out in front of her. Her opponent, almost always completely outgunned in this area, can only just stare at the overwhelming figure standing before her.
