Between moving, crazy work schedules, and way too much food over the holidays I'm getting outta shape and can't find the motivation to freeze myself getting out and going to the gym. I think I'm just bored. So do you have any fun workouts or some spare motivation/free time I can borrow?

I know that my slender and svelte body (lol) attests to this, but you might try taking some dance classes. It's what I personally do. Great for the body and a hell of a lot more exciting than jogging on a treadmill for an hour
