Maybe try contacting the person who posted it on youtube? They might know or at least refer you to where they found it and work up from there..

Oh, Jesus!! I found it!! Thanks for noticing the German plate!! I Googled images for "european oil wrestling". The pool was very distinctive and was octagonal with a white bottom in it.
