Too the ladies, who like to catfight/ wrestle. What type of excercise do you do to increase your endurance and skill level. :)
I would have thought, one of the ladies would have said: crossfit. I kind of figures yoga, running would have been mentioned.
I do loads of stuff. Run, Gym (4-5 days a week) Crossfit, circuit training. I spar and train in BJJ, MMA and Kickboxing.
Soooooo I am a force to be reckoned with! :p

Sounds like most of the ladies on this forum, have a well rounded routines.
