Coming home early from work yesterday (kick starting the weekend early don't u know!! ;) ) I saw two girls "trying to fight" Have girls got weaker from when we were in school!? What do you think girls?
I didn't hang around yesterday but they were just flapping at each other whereas when I was in school it was hell for leather!! Maybe I'm just living close to the posher of the schools in town!! ;)
my x has told me fights between girls @ her school were between girls from 2 different schools, small classes in farm schools. i have seen more kids in some city school classes than we had in our town.Leland Il. my grad class u ask? 17!

Sometimes there were some with the other school but seen as we were an all girls school it was mostly among ourselves that stuff happened. Some schools would have big rivalries - the all boys school and mixed school did when I was growing up.
yes i understand Amy. the fights with other schools were u fighting over guys or mayb a rivalry? same sex schools r rare as r catfights involving more that 2 girls. thx

Fight with mixed school in the town was pretty much always over a guy in that same school and in ours it could have been over a guy but mainly built up bitchiness and rivalry

Sandy-you may be right, altho you can find all kinds of girlfights on YouTube. I think what ends up happening is that the girls who fight, well, like girls, tend to come from families who quickly have the videos pulled. While the videos that get left up, the girls who fight like that, tend to be from broken homes, and they don't have anyone to pull the videos for them.
For starters that would mean the family knew the fight was on the internet. The girl(s) might not tell their families.I believe some of the schools pull the fights.Well a lot do in UK anyhow
Disagree! No vid evidence of fights from my days and earlier. If there were I think you would all see that they were more fierce! Maybe I just saw a bad example that day I was coming home!!
Btw I found the girl who I fought with in school all those years ago on social media! Lol!!! She still looks like a proper cxnt all these years later!

YOU'VE grown up since school!?!? - you're the weirdo who came to a fight forum to talk about fights in school!?!?
Beaten me twice before? - keep trying to convince yourself that, just ask any of the girls who were at those fights and they'll tell you who actually won. Giving somebody a bloody nose after you've had the crap kicked in to you doesn't mean you've won!!
And as for you telling ME to get over it!? I AM over it! I'm living my life, not joining a forum to talk about a few fights I was in!! OMG like! You need to find a guy or something, - you probably still can't get one though - just like secondary school!! You always wanted what I had but could never have any of it, that was you're problem. You're still the jealous bitch you always were Amy!
GIRLS!!!!! Pleeeeease! Let's not be like this.... It appears you have a little problem with each other.
Two options:
OPTION 1
Kiss and make up.
OPTION 2
Settle this once and for all like two grown women and not schoolgirls this time.
I like thesee two good looking girls. Can either of you make a cyber fight topic between the both of you? And also someone writee a story with these two?

Sandra,, can you kick Amy between the legs please?
Perhaps im being a bit cynical here, but im not sure about all this.Amy tells us she had a rivalry with Sandra in their school days. Now im assuming as they dont get on theyre not in contact with each other.BUT 24 hours later Sandra is also posting on this forum. Now ask yourselves this how would Sandra have known what Amy had put on this site?? Hell i dont even know forums that my friends post on and nor do my friends know i post here.So how did Sandra know Amy posted here so quickly???
And Amy "just a nurse" doesnt go down well seeing as my wife is one and they work really hard for long hours

Did you not bother to read!? It's kinda obvious how she found out what Amy was writing stuff about her! Lol #schoolboyerror
I figured all along that there is no real animosity between these two sexy women. As a matter of fact, they're probably friends trying to get us horny guys to jerk off. And it worked. ;D
The most vicious fight I was ever in happened after school!! Your teens is a v aggressive time and rivalries really build up. Mine was an all girls school so multiply the bitchiness by 10 at least!!!!

tell us about it Martine, I'd love to know more......
It's a VERY long story!!! But to make it short - I'm loud and outspoken... so was another girl in the class. She made a comment on a Monday i think... Tension was high in the class for the rest of the week until a girl in the class asked her and I separately if we would fight each other. We both agreed!
I'll always remember it - it was a damp fri evening and there was a school disco that night!! Everyone gathered around the back of the old shop units beside the school. I was there first and thought she wasn't coming! I was almost ready to leave when she came charging in out of nowhere with her friends. She got me from behind taking me my surprise and was well on top. We both got to our feet to get going again and by the end I got the better of her!! Everyone was talking about it that weekend and on Monday morning we were brought to the office and handed a weeks suspension!!
Had another encounter with this girl in the club since but it was minor in comparison!!

sounds like it was some fight.........how nasty/vicious did it get? what was the damage you ended up doing to each other?
I gave her a very bad scratch on her cheek and a good few bumps esp on her forehead and they were bruised ones, I had similar bumps and she also got me on nose so that was bleeding. We both needed a trip to the hairdresser that weekend too!! The scratch on her face was the worst piece of damage - so much so that her parents were around giving out stink to my mum and dad!!! Pricks!
Did either one of you get hit between the legs?

Coming home early from work yesterday (kick starting the weekend early don't u know!! ;) ) I saw two girls "trying to fight" Have girls got weaker from when we were in school!? What do you think girls?
I didn't hang around yesterday but they were just flapping at each other whereas when I was in school it was hell for leather!! Maybe I'm just living close to the posher of the schools in town!! ;)
Saw the mother of all fights yesterday... A girl from the convent school and a girl from the mixed school. It must have been pre arranged... Parked my car when I spotted a large group of 'convent' girls marching over towards a group from the other school then the two literally sprinted straight at each other and started knocking lumps out of each other!! Had a limited view but it was a v vicious scrap that must have lasted about 15mins, restarting about 4 times. Couldn't pick a winner!! One of my mates tells me there was another scrap between 2 girls on the Main Street last night too, not sure if related or not. When it rains it pours!!!!
Any sexy crotch kicks?
I managed to get into a few fights at school, well quite a lot actually. I've never been one for pulling hair or slapping people, even as a kid I just punched people in the face. A few of the girls I fought would flap their arms and windmill wildly, but a few knew how to punch which made for more interesting fights.
glad u saw it Brez. reminds me of Russian girl fights in groups. I have seen cheer teams fight but they just met close tot he school where then game, was paired, off and fought 1 vs 1. neither group fights I have seen did restart again though.

When I was at school our girls fought with girls from another school in a park
We had a big big rivalry with another hockey playing school in the town... Players didn't get into fights but there rarely wasn't a score to be settled between two girls and when the schools met was the perfect time to do it! Their school was mixed and ours wasn't so it was usually over a girl in mixed school coming on to one of our girls boys!

Damn! It get bloody from what you could tell? Sounds like it was epic! I'm half surprised it didn't end up in a full on brawl between both groups of girls.......could you imagine if that had happened?
Couldn't tell but they were tearing shreds out of each other!! Would love to know what caused the fight because by god did they want to hurt each other!! I actually couldn't believe what was unfolding before my eyes!!
it is so rare an event like that happens and more rare there is a witness. great catch brez!!

Had a few tough fights back then, a couple of older girls were members of a rival boxing gym so there was some tension there and I wasn't above stoking the tension if it meant a decent fight.

I went to a Protestant school and fought girls from Catholic schools and the fights weren't any different from any other fight. Religion may cause a fair amount of fights, but it doesn't actually improve your ability to do so or increase your punch resistance.

rival gym you say? that create other fights between different members much besides your own?
When I say "rival gym" I mean a gym other than the one I went to, we didn't actually go around in a gym gang or anything. Knowing they boxed at another gym made me want to fight them but mostly because I knew they'd be able to give me a proper fight, quite a few other people obviously thought the same as they were always trying to fan the flames.

Yea the prods were bet into their uniforms the sluts!! They were your typical blazer, blouse, tie and straight skirt. Ours was a sweater/cardigan with blouse pleated skirt and socks/tights. We ALWAYS hurled abuse at each other which often led to fights. Daughters of feuding families also often fought! Belfast is a place where what religion you are determines so much!! I think girls / women are more aggressive today than ever before. When I was in school we fought like girls, pulling hair, slapping, scratching, and I still fight mostly like that. But when I look at videos on youtube and dailymotion, the girls are fighting like boys just beating the hell out of each other. Yeah they may have a fist full of hair but it's for control as they beat with the other one. I've hit a girl or two yeah, but once on the ground it wasn't a fist fight as much as a full out catfight.
100% agree. And me by myself I'm not too sure if I like catfights where girls are fighting like boys. Prefer watching female kind of fighting.
But just my 2 cents.

yeah I did kinda guess that, but wondered how big the rivalry was. How would the flames be fanned, what would be said? Just stuff like: "I'm stronger than you" type thing or what?
Just the usual sort of flame fanning you'd expect when people want to see 2 girls or guys fight each other, they'd spread gossip or chatter about who would win in a fight, but twist it to provoke one person although I didn't really need provocation, if someone wanted to fight then that was good enough for me.

No, but you did say and I quote "And those fights were nothing compared to when a girl from a catholic school fought a girl from a Protestant school!" This implies that being from different religious schools made it somehow a much better fight, as if people in other fights simply give up and take a beating due to lack of religious tensions. I would wager that most people fighting have some level of dislike for each other, otherwise they likely wouldn't be fighting.

how do u teach "class brawls?" u do not want to fight each other for practice. FightGirl, did the students watch the teachers fight and then the students went after each other? I have only heard of about 7-8, max, females on a side in a multi girls fight. is that about right number or were the numbers of fighters larger and approx. about how many to a side? tyia

Looks like it never happened which i suspected it wouldnt after a few posts. What we may get is both these two saying the other never turned up.
Sadly, I would have to say, none of the school fights I saw lived up to my expectations, they were either broken up, one of them ran away. Or someone yelled a teacher was coming and everyone ran away...lol

No. That is a figment of Mr Simcock's imagination.
In reality, in a fight like that, which I assume would be going down in a hard line Muslim city, like Kandahar, or Bradford, UK, there would be no need for either lady to resort to anything as drastic as a suicide vest to take out her opponent. All she would have to do is pull off her rival's veil and head scarf then stand back and watch while the crowd stoned her to death.

Some funny stuff here. I've been lmfao just at some of the comments. If you people aren't careful, you'll get me to put some of this in my next story! Imagine this ...
Coming soon ... Nick and Carly visit the third capital of Israel and observe a huge catfight! It's Welcome to Miami - Orthodox vs Reformed. The bagels will fly! Mazel Tov!
Actually I've spent some time in Derry, NIR. Nowadays, people there are so afraid that any little thing will bring the rIRA out of the Bogside and set off a real life bomb somewhere, they would put a major kibosh on any religious catfight breaking out publically. Don't know about in private ...

I don't agree brave heart, still lots of fights between the two sides, mostly men esp when Celtic meet rangers which is rare now I suppose but lots of girls too!! Once witnessed two girls fighting, one a rangers fan and one Celtic!! You are spot on with the uniforms brez, a definite prod and a definite catholic ! Lol
Hank,
While having no love for the backdrop per se, is it really any different than the proliferation of inter racial fights in the cat fight genre, especially white vs. black? That one in particular seems to have perceived social class and the fact one fighter's ancestors may have owned the other fighter's ancestors hanging over it. Add in the various class based fights (maid vs. employer) which also seem to be acceptable fodder.
Some people's sexual link is more emotional than others. And some of us lack an emotional connection to the concept of idea of fighting over a lover. Took me years to be able to fake it in cyber fights and stories since to me, it was (and still is ) innately ridiculous. So other concepts worked better for me as a framework. Also when doing more violent fights these concepts make more sense for some as well.
Another thing I have found is , as you say, a lot of this makes the people involved look like bigots. I have found that people are more comfortable with awful things in fantasy happening to awful people. One reason for the popularity of Eastern Front WWII wargames and their brutal war of attrition was, according to my Dad "Communists versus Nazis. Who cares if they all die? "
Why do some people like more realism in their fantasy that others? Why are some people gay and some straight? Mostly the answer is "It is what I am"
Although I will agree with you that the number of fights suggested in these schools is really high and overly simplified. I went to school where an active female White Power cell existed in the high school and they seem to have created less violence than these schools.
Yes, great post Nutmeg !!!

Celtic v Rangers is a whole different animal, not only in NI but in Scotland. It may be less religious now, however since Celtic has accepted Protestants and Rangers (more reluctantly) Catholics. Football stuff can get crazy anywhere, especially when other factors are involved: Lazio v Roma (politics), Sporting v Benfica (class) and Liverpool v Everton (too close to each other). I imagine the fight quotient goes up in Rome, Lisbon and Merseyside in the bars after all of those games, too.

Never thought I'd see the Old Firm discussed here. Liverpool vs Everton doesn't bear comparison with that. It's much more jovial and tongue in cheek. They don't even have crowd segregation at a Liverpool derby.
Closest thing to the Old Firm rivalry outside Glasgow would be with the London clubs, eg Millwall and West Ham, maybe City and United in Manchester.
I've never seen a catfight at a football match. It was strictly "men vs men" in my experience, back in the day.
But I've heard that Blackpool FC had a hard core gang of young female fans back in the 70's who followed the team everywhere and would pick fights with local girls in pubs and bars after the matches.
megas megan megan
