I've been a lurker on this site for a long time, but I finally decided to join in.
These videos are great. Especially the Anime cat fights.
I was wondering where that first clip is from. I curious as to why a school girl and a teacher thought that little guy was worth starting a slapping match over, so I want to find the anime for some context.

The anime is called "ついでにとんちんかん Tsuide ni Tonchinkan" or translated in english "Tsuide ni Tonchinkan absurdity incidentally".
The clip is from episode #16 "Challenge chocolate / earnest of fear! Dojo dojo and yellowtail".
Unfortunately, the episode I have isn't subtitled and I have not seen enough previous episodes to tell how the teacher/schoolgirl/littlebaldguy triangle got started.
Its hard to find online, but I find the series amusing.
