Does anyone seen this type of stare down ,why girls always stare eachother before fight?
intimidation.
For the same reason housecats fluff up fur, arch backs, etc. before getting into it.
a long heated stare down is almost as exciting as the catfight
I love tit to tit staredown ... veery long staredown is very sexy
A stare down between to angry women is so sexy. Both just waiting/daring the other to start things off. Both wanting to fight but both waiting for the other to make the first move.

Enjoy the stare down. It was a lousy fight. Most of the time I wasn't sure if they were fighting or just making out in public.
Where is the fight from

It was an MMA fight from earlier this year this being the weigh in for it, the girls are Felice Herrig (blonde) and Nicdali Rivera-Calanoc (brunette). You can find the fight on youtube if you felt so inclined.
can you give a link to that fight

I love it when they push tit against tit. You know it is on and about to get exciting
you never know how long or good a fight,MMA,catfight, will b in advance. of course we,males, hope the fight lasts a long time.
The stare down is primarily for others. It lets each woman pretend she is the "lady" and that it is the other one who is crude and wants to fight. Also, it shows others who are watching that she is unafraid of the other woman. The secondary purpose is to intimidate the opponent. If either backs down during the stare down, she in effect has lost the fight. The stare down continues until others pull them away, until one backs down, or until a fight begins.

You seem to be on to something, it seems the longer the stare down. The better the catfight is.

I have seen stare downs where one of the women turned and walked away. That is a real heart breaker for sure.
to sexy moms mashing sexy mother breast into mothers breasts and only seconds away from the main event
Quote from: fightfan on December 29, 2011, 01:24:51 PM
i'm sure it was a heart break was there anyone else watching did they try to get the woman that walked away to go back and face the other woman
A few of the women try to get her to go back and settle things, but most just walked away as well
Women get excited by catfighting just as much men do
Females are much better than males at projecting their emotions via body language and facial expression.
[And I'm not talking about Robert De Nero here, just your average guy on the street.]
Stare downs between male boxers before a big fight can very intense, but the tension there comes from the crowd, and the knowledge that this a BIG fight, with people all over world watching and waiting to see what's going to happen. Otherwise, if you get two guys going eyeball to eyeball before a fight, the reaction of most people is going to be - "Come on fellas, stop messing about and get on with it!".
Put two girls in the same situation though, and you have drama and tension the instant their eyes meet.

when the women are in a stare down do they want to be pulled apart to save face or would they like to fight and get it done
Quote from: CFsupporter on January 04, 2012, 03:17:06 PM
to fightfanatic..Yes, I did win the fight, but it was quite the battle. I won 2-1 (best of 3 submission). We are friends, but I feel both of us act a bit different around each other now. In fact we were at a party New Year's Eve and as my husband and I were ready to leave, she made the statement to me that "we have to have our re-match." Knowing her, I was wondering if and when she was going to ask me to do it again. Like me, she is quite competitive, and I felt that she would want another shot at me. I replied "Of course. We can do it again." I left it at that for now.
You said it was "an arranged rules cf with your husbands present". Whose idea was it? What led up to it? What were the rules? Did both of you always observe the rules? If not, who cheated and how?

It has many functions: compare the opponent's body, intimidating her, studying her...
Infact it's a sort of ''ritual'' that take places before a match.
I love it
Veronica.
It is a "ritual" that I love to watch
Stare downs are normal in any fight sport from both men and women weather it be boxing, MMA ect.

Nice picture, would love to see a stare down like that.
Yes the stare downs are are almost as good as the fight itself! Rusha used to be great about putting several stare down photos in his picture sets

I agree a good stare down is almost as sexy as a good catfight
I love a good stare down in a catfight. It helps build the anticipation and makes me think they are sizing up their opponent for the fight to come.

how one can find these photos of Rusha?
Oh god, staring down you opponent is the best hun. Especially when you're taller than your opponent and can actually stare down at them.
I don't know. Each time is better than the last, staring down makes me think, 'So who's this uppity little bitch who thinks she can take me on', but staring across makes me thing, 'So you think you're on my level hun? I can't wait to show you how wrong you are', and then staring up makes me think, 'Being bigger only means there's more of you to humiliate hun.'
The fun thing is when they want to do a serious stare down, and I'm smiling cuz I know I have all the aces.
totally agree. staring down is damn hot prior to a catfight/Wrestling match. I think there is a Yahoo Group that is dedicated to stare down pics and clips only. Not updated since years (as it is unluckily the case with many catfights groups there) but worth a loook if it is unfamiliar yet.
My co-author Alexis - back of head - in a stare-down...this was a vicious fight ten years ago on the now defunct Modelfight.
The stare-down is proceeded with the women stripping and flexing to intimidate each other.
Long build-ups, trash talk and silent stare-downs are a key feature on the fights in our book.
Alexis says that looking deep into another woman's eyes while fuckfighting is a real turn-on...
