As far as question 3, online I've done dog collar and chain matches (inspired by rl pro wrestling in fact, Roddy Piper and Greg Valentine had a brutal one).Also discussed some ones where we are chained together via piercings but haven't tried them yet. A couple of years or so ago I found an old article somewhere on line about a group of women who fought each other in what they called garterbelt catfights.
