Jane Russell has died. She was truly one of the great Sex Symbols. She blazed the path in many areas, setting the mold for what could and couldn't be shown on the big screen , often in spite of the censors. She will be greatly missed. She was a great lady for sure!   :-*  :( :'(

Well said. Jane Russell's loss is a very sad one. In an era when the word 'legend' is much overused, Jane Russell was a lady who truly deserved the epithet.

She had to be tough as she had to fight off Howard Hughes and still manage to keep her career. Most of all she will be missed.
