Hi,
Every time I try to log into the chatroom I get an error message...sometimes Erroneous Nickname, sometimes something similar like Error Connecting. I've changed my password but still no joy. Any help gratefully accepted, thank you.

The reason why you're having problems is because your user name cannot be two words. I can change it for you if you let me know what name you'd like to use. Also once i do change it you will have to reset your password.
Many thanks. I cant see how I've managed to do that, but whatever, if you could just change the username to all one word, and then I'll do the new password. Again, thank you.

To get into chat you have to use the name you created the account with (which is one word but not IndieGirl) An admin has to change that And if we do it it will only be once per person (we aren't going through all that every time someone decides on a new name they want)
