Title: The Future
Post by: rin753 on May 03, 2025, 02:58:03 AM

With the speed of advancement of AI technology, I'm guessing within 5 years we are going to be able to purchase videos of fights where we pick the women, the attire, the location, the level of violence, the length of the fight and anything else that tickles your fancy.

And the result will be indistinguishable from real life gals going at it, and probably even better.

Only problem....I don't want to know the winner beforehand.

I've thought about the issue of how the AI picks the winner and think that if give the AI videos of female fighters from old films it could then figure out who would have won if the fighters did meet for irl match.  One match-up I'd love to see is Antscha Vs Fuchsia match-up and who would have won if they had meet on the mats!

If you could pick all the other details, wouldnt you also be able to pick an unknown ending?  At the rate AI is "learning" it seems pretty limitless, exciting AND scary all at same time

I totally agree. The gift of comparing fighters from two different eras is wild. The fun that'd be...

Yeah, all the current models who are into this right now Will be able to find work anymore. If people can just generate their own videos that's goes for catfight artists as well.
I'm not saying I won't do it because what's described above is super tempting but It is scary how fast AI is advancing

There's always going to be an appreciation for "real" fights, I feel like there's more attraction to the thought of the event happening in real life vs what's basically a scrappily produced movie.

Oh I do hope so!! Can't come a moment too soon. Knowing the winner beforehand is fine by me.
