My nipples are always a problem for me...
They tend to show through my bras regardless but I have noticed that when my heart is racing and I'm angry/fearful/excited whatever, they do grow more erect and obviously get more sensitive

Hi Julie, thank you for your reply. Let's say you're walking down a dark street and you bump into another size 34DD woman. Would the fleeting meeting and jousting of your breasts with the other woman's breasts, lead to your nipples getting erect?

I guess that would be a problem for someone who is self conscious and can't help that they show like that. Some women are exhibitionists and enjoy showing their assets to men and other women alike. I know as a man we enjoy the sight. I guess to other women it's a show off thing or maybe even a challenge.
I do not any woman who entering any type of competition whose nipples aren't aroused or stiff, the adrenalin flowing as wel; as the emotions cause it. Also a lot of women who work out regularly tend to which explains some women seemingly having constant stiff nipples and there are a few icy just is a way of life .
If there is a just god worthy of being called a deity, Dottie and Julie will get to meet and settle things woman to woman!
Erect nipples are unavoidable if you've reached the point things have gotten physical. Such as mauling.
If its just whilst you're comparing, arguing or otherwise trying to intimidating (assuming the other woman cares) it can be perceived as a sign of dominance or acceptance of a challenge.
But it usually isn't really important either way unless you draw attention to it or if there is a serious difference in size.
