So in my mind there is no question about who has the best tits. Who is more beautiful and who is stronger. The last titfight they had she hurt Kiara so badly that Kiara had to retire from titfighting because Lara destroyed her chest with her own.
For all these reasons and that she is cuter and bustier than Kiara I cast my vote for Lara.
