However back to the topic at hand; there really isn't much else to add. Unless this is a fight where out of either desperation or pure spite someone brings an item into the fray.

Now I may not be a woman, but I would still think that using one's fist and punching them would be effective. I've also seen videos where biting was used at times.
Use palms to press flat, together, and spread apart.
Feet- use those to do all of the above.
Use furniture such as table, walls or anything with a hard surface to flatten. Pushing on back or straddling her back etc
