I'm wondering if there is a better way of identifying new "topic" posts, as opposed to new "comment" posts. My particular interest is primarily in the stories section. When I see new, I'm thinking of a new story, only to find there is a new comment. Perhaps leave the word "new" for new topic material and use "update" or "comment" as responses to the topic.
