This is so close. I don't know much about Karlie Kloss, but I voted for her because she looks like she could be tough (from the photo).
Both are beanpolish, but Karlie won an armwrestling, but it was more of a fun armwrestling. But Karlie really towers over Taylor with at least 4 inches more. I have seen pictures, where Taylor looks really petite compared to Karlie. I think Karlie could even dominate here.
It looks like, after a close battle, Taylor found an extra gear that Karlie couldn't. Taylor connected with a few unanswered punches to Karlie's jaw that left her former friend on the floor, admitting that she couldn't take anymore punishment.
