she does have a husband i talked to him he said if this realy does happen i better not stop the fight if my wife was losing he said if i tried to he would kick my ass hes alot bigger than me i would very little chance of beating him being said if this was you would you still have them fight each other

Is there a particular reason she wants to fight her, and does your co worker have a particular reason to also want to? Not just because you told her your wife wants to. Did you tell your co worker the reason your wife wants to fight her and if so what was her response to it? Do they match up evenly size wise and are both girls equally attractive?

I know its hard, but my advice is keep it as a fantasy and move on. Nothing ever good comes of mixing work and pleasure. Been there myself, but I practiced what I preach and I am glad I did.
Set up very strict rules so no one gets seriously hurt. Personally, I'd try to make it happen as a sexfight over an actual fight.
