2 women customers fight over an item at a flea market or garage sale
2 women lawyers in a law firm wanting to represent the same defendant
Women in their 40's are very attractive, especially when they are all dressed up for work or attending a social event. At work your with people 40 hours a week and once in a while there might be that one person you can't stand and she feels the same way about you. Tensions begin to rise to the point where there is finally a confrontation. Maybe they meet in the ladies room or decide to talk things out after work.
Women that age are not going to take someone's crap. Sometimes one of the women is looking for a fight and the other woman has to defend herself.

Two coworkers, managers of different departments. Constantly having arguments, sometimes heated. Both like to dress in biz suits and hose and the men in the office love seeing them dressed that way. One Friday afternoon they get into an argument and then decide to meet after work to talk it out.
Quite a few years ago, I remember reading a magazine article about a Southern California car salesman named Cal Worthington, if I remember the name right. The article was about how his salesmen attracted customers to the dealership. I remember in one part of the article, on occasion a couple of salesmen would get into a beef about stealing customers. The men were "encouraged" to fight it out.
I have always thought about two female car sales people doing the same thing....being encouraged to settle their differences by fighting. Two 40+ women, arguing about who's customer is who's, and going around the back of the shop to engage in a hair pulling catball catfight.

Love the thought of two mature women going at it. Been hooked on that scenario since I was in my teens (very long time ago) and I saw my friend's mom and one of her friends playfully wrestling.
